Saint-Aubin climbs from the lake in green steps. The path between the vines is quiet in the morning, and the cellars open their doors without ceremony.
Take the small road to the top and stop where the view opens. A bottle of local chasselas, bread and cheese from the valley — that is the whole plan, and it is enough.
